How do I set up metadata?

You can set up metadata by creating fields in your environment settings and linking them to the variables defined in your CRM system.

Metadata provides additional context to your survey data, helping you better organize, filter, and analyze responses.

What types of metadata are there?

Personal metadata

Used to customize elements such as invitations or follow-ups, for example in Closed Loop Feedback. You can choose to hide certain fields if they are not needed for reporting.

Contextual metadata

Used for analyzing reports and gaining insights after data collection. It helps you understand the context behind responses.
