How do I set up a report scheduler or edit an existing report scheduler?

You can set up a report scheduler by opening a report in the Reporting module, applying filters, and creating a new schedule. This allows you to automatically send reports to selected recipients at set intervals.

How do I set up a report scheduler?

  1. In the menu bar, go to the Reporting module.
  2. Click on a report.
  3. Select the desired filters. For example, set the Date filter to Last Month.
  4. Click the Report schedule button in the top-right corner.
  5. Click on Create a new scheduled report.
  6. Enter a report name.
  7. Enter the recipients (Spotler Feedback users) or manually add email addresses.
  8. Click Next at the bottom-right corner to proceed.
  9. Fill in the schedule interval form and click Next at the bottom-right corner.
  10. Double-check the schedule settings and click Finish if everything is set up correctly.

How do I make changes to an existing report scheduler?

You can edit an existing report scheduler by opening the scheduler overview, selecting the schedule you want to update, and adjusting the settings. This allows you to update recipients, filters, or timing as needed.

  1. Make sure you have applied the correct filters to generate the desired results.
  2. Click the Report schedule button in the top-right corner.
  3. Click the edit icon of the report scheduler you want to update and click Edit schedule.
  4. Go through each step of the process and make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Finish to save the changes. These changes will be applied to all future scheduled reports.
