- Edit a suggestion using the edit icon.
- Save a question using the star icon.
- Remove a question using the remove icon.
Write effective prompts
Ask clear, specific, and intentional questions to get better answers.
For example, consider the difference between:
- “What’s the highest score?”
- “What is the highest score on the {name of survey} in the last 30 days, and who gave this score?”
The more precise your question, the more useful and targeted the response will be.
Use chat history
Your chats are automatically stored in the leftside panel, allowing you to review previous questions and insights.
Best practice
Use one chat per topic or objective to keep your conversations organized.
- Use one chat for questions about NPS scores
- Use another chat for insights on your best-performing survey
This makes it easier to track conversations, follow up, and revisit insights.
