The Driver Drilldown helps you understand what drives your KPI scores. It allows you to move beyond the score itself and identify the underlying drivers and subdrivers behind it.
View driver insights
After selecting a survey, driver, and KPI, the visualization displays:
- The KPI score, including its distribution
- How often a driver has been selected
- How often underlying subdrivers have been selected (if available)
This gives you immediate insight into which elements contribute most to the KPI.
Apply filters
You can refine the results on three levels:
- KPI segment (optional)
- Driver
- Subdriver (if available)
Use these filters to narrow down results and focus on specific areas.
Drill through to Open Feedback
From the lowest level of your selection (driver or subdriver), you can drill through directly to the Open Feedback page.
Here, only the responses relevant to your selection are shown. This allows you to:
- Analyze underlying feedback in a focused way
- Quickly identify patterns and root causes
- Further explore specific insights
You can also export the filtered results for further analysis or reporting.
