Application of Closed Loop Feedback templates
Get the most out of Closed Loop Feedback by creating multiple templates. For example, use a “Well done” template to recognize positive feedback, or a “We received a low score” template to follow up on negative feedback.
How do I create a new template?
- Go to Closed Loop Feedback > Templates.
- Click New template in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the template details:
- Template name: Enter a clear name so you can easily recognize the template later.
- Language: Select the language of the email.
- Email subject: Define the subject line that will be shown to the recipient.
- Sender name: Enter the name that will appear as the sender.
- Sender email: Select or enter the email address used to send the message.
- Type: Choose the purpose of the template:
- Closed loop feedback rule: Used for automated follow-up based on feedback rules.
- Reaction to respondent: Used as a direct response to a respondent’s message.
- Optional: Add fallback metadata to define default values when certain data is not available.
Record status and add notes
We also added a button in the Closed Loop Feedback emails, making it possible to record the status and add a note directly from the email into the platform.
