User management

User management is used to create new users within the environment so that they can work in this space. Besides creating new users, you can also set their roles. There are three different user types, each one of these user types have different roles and permissions:

Three user types

Key user A key user is the admin who manages the FeedbackPro platform on behalf of the customer side. This user has read and write access to all functionalities and settings. This include managing survey processes, user management, data retention and more.
Regular user A regular user has the permission to read, write and delete. These users can build reports, manage responses, edit surveys, templates, rules and similar activities. This also means that this user type has the authority to affect the input data, which in turn impacts the outcomes.
Reporting user A reporting user has read access to the inbox, allowing them to view data, and to receive notifications and PDF reports.

Maximum number of users

The maximum number of users is determined by your contract. Exceeding this limit will incur additional costs.

  4. Next, you can further determine product access and permissions per module, and even more by opening the dropdown per item.

How do edit a user?

  1. In the User management overview, go to the specific user you want to edit. Note: you cannot edit your own user.
  2. On the right side of this user, click the Edit icon.
  3. You may now edit the user role from the dropdown, or further determine permissions per item.
  4. When done, click on Save user permissions.

Group management for multiple users

If you don't want to edit all users individually, have a look into Group management. This is useful for selecting reusable permission sets that can be applied to multiple users to make it more scalable and consistent.
