In the Invites module, you send out your surveys. You can choose between several distribution channels (SMS, e-mail or Whatsapp) and upload your client base file. Besides, you will see previously sent batches along with their status, selected channel, date, time, language and the selected survey.
How do I create a new invites batch?
- In the menu, navigate to the Invites module.
- Click on the Create new batch button in the top-right corner. A pop-up appears.
- Select the desired channel via the dropdown menu and upload your invite file by dragging it into the window or selecting it from your files.
- Select the survey, rules (you can overwrite rules you've created on the ruling page. The rules you create here will only apply on this invite) and Email template.
- Fill in the following entry fields to your liking and needs: Email subject text, Email sender name and Sender email address. Additionally set the toggle boxes: Send images as attachments, Send more than one invitation per day, Anonymize respondents emails.
- Click on the Continue button.
- Confirm the invite batch and summary and click on the Send invites button on the right-hand side.

Requirements and important information
To ensure that Spotler FeedbackPro can read the Excel file correctly, we have created an example file with the proper format. You can download it by clicking the Download example file button located in the top-right corner.
Below, we have provided a snippet of the Excel file with the correct format for your reference:

- Password protection: Ensure that your excel file is not password protected, as Spotler FeedbackPro will not be able to read the file if it is.
- Processing files: Please note that only the first tab of an Excel file will be processed. Ensure that all necessary information is placed on the first tab to avoid any omissions.
- Hiding rows and columns: Hidden rows and columns in the file will not be processed. Please double check if you've configured your excel data properly.
Before proceeding, ensure that the metadata fields in your client base file match those configured on Spotler FeedbackPro. If they do not align, the data will not be displayed or stored correctly on the platform.
