Spotler FeedbackPro opens on the general home page by default. You can set a default start page on your own profile so that FeedbackPro automatically opens on a specific section, such as your inbox or reporting, every time you log in. This setting only applies to your own account, in the My Profile section.

Copy the URL of your preferred start page
Before you set your default start page, decide which page you want to land on when you log in and copy its URL.
- Go to the section you want to land on from now on, for example your inbox or reporting.
- Click in your browser's address bar, select the full URL, and copy it (Windows: Ctrl + C / Mac: Cmd + C).
Keep this URL available. You will paste it into your profile settings in the next step.
Set your start page
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click the round button showing your initials.
- Click My Profile.
- Go to the Account preferences section and click the gear icon.
- Locate the First log in field and paste the URL you copied (Windows: Ctrl + V / Mac: Cmd + V).
- Click Save to store your setting.
The next time you log in, Spotler FeedbackPro automatically opens on the start page you selected.
Change your start page later
To use a different start page, repeat the steps above and paste a new URL into the First log in field.
