The June 2026 release for Spotler FeedbackPro introduces new options for organising survey questions, changing question types, and configuring a personalised entry page. The release also includes fixes for metadata pagination and user group selection.

Moving questions between multiple-question pages
Survey creators can now move questions between multiple-question pages and the root level of a survey by using drag-and-drop in the survey builder.
Previously, moving a question to another page required the question to be deleted and recreated. The new drag-and-drop functionality allows the survey structure to be reorganised while retaining the existing question configuration.
Visual indicators show where the question will be placed during the drag-and-drop action.
Changing the question type of an existing question
Survey creators can now change an existing question to a compatible question type without deleting and recreating the question.
A dropdown menu in the question header displays the compatible question types that are available for the selected question. Supported settings, such as answer options and labels, are retained when the new question type supports them.
Compatible changes include switching between visual scale questions, between selection questions, or between open-text and review questions.
Personalised entry page configuration
Users can now configure an internal Spotler FeedbackPro page that opens automatically after they sign in.
The personalised entry page can be configured in My Profile under Account preferences. Enter the required internal destination in the First login page field and save the changes.
When Spotler FeedbackPro is opened through a direct link, the direct link takes priority over the configured entry page.

Survey Builder
- Question movement: Questions can now be moved between multiple-question pages and the root level of a survey by using drag-and-drop.
- Placement indicators: Visual indicators show the destination of a question while it is being moved.
- Question types: Existing questions can now be changed to compatible question types without being deleted and recreated.
- Question configuration: Supported answer options, labels, and other question settings are retained when changing to a compatible question type.

- Personalised entry page: Users can configure an internal page that opens automatically after signing in.
- First login page: The preferred destination can be entered in the First login page field under Account preferences.
- Direct links: A direct link used to open Spotler FeedbackPro takes priority over the configured entry page.
Bug fixes
- Metadata pagination: Fixed an issue that prevented users from navigating beyond the first page of the metadata list. The selected page now loads the corresponding metadata.
- User group selection: Fixed an issue that caused the user group selection window to appear empty when selected users were distributed across multiple pages. The window now displays the available groups and selected users correctly.
