In Spotler FeedbackPro, you can customize how responses are shown in the Inbox using Configure display. This lets you change which information is shown for each response, for example replacing the default Anonymous name with a metadata field, and how scores are shown by color. You open Configure display from the top-right corner of the Inbox.
On this page, the following topics are covered:
Open Configure display
Each response in the Inbox shows two lines by default: the respondent's name at the top, shown as Anonymous by default, and the survey name below it.
- Go to the Inbox.
- In the top-right corner, click Configure display.
This adjusts the display for all surveys by default. To use different settings per survey, see Use multiple views per survey.
Change the displayed text
- Use the dropdown on the top line to replace the displayed value with a metadata field. For example, to replace Anonymous with the respondent's first name, select the First name field.
- Use the dropdown on the second line, where the survey name is shown by default, to change it to a specific metadata field.
Set scores and colors
You can decide how scores are shown in the Inbox:
- Set the thresholds for when a score is shown as red, orange, or green.
- Choose which score to show, for example the NPS score (0–10) or a score on a 1–10 scale.
Use multiple views per survey
By default, your display settings apply to all surveys. If different surveys use different metadata, you can create an additional view with its own settings. This is useful, for example, when a service desk survey benefits from showing a ticket number, while a brand survey benefits from showing the customer name instead.
- Go to Display views.
Click the plus icon (+) to add a new view.
- Configure the desired display for this view.
